So;face recognition can result in dodgy footage of us being put out on the Web because of the latest photographic technology? is our privacy being invaded? or is it that, we want to behave badly unhindered;and not have to face the consquences for any wrongdoing. Look at the superinjunction crap! it's dodgy people wanting to hide their bad behaviour, simple! Maybe, if we don't behave badly we won't end up on the Net. The Internet could make Humanity better perhaps! we may have to re-examine and admonish our own behaviour in case we end up being photographed; The way I see it, if your filmed in a drunken brawl and you are caught on camera, so what? it's your fault for getting into that situation. If your caught betraying your partner it's your own fault. The World is in a dreadful state because of bad behaviour of one kind or another at every level. If there is an answer to the 'where do we come from,' it doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that everything we do has had an effect. Whoever we may wrong has a domino effect. The one certainty in life is Nemesis, the meaning of life must be to avoid it.
If technology becomes the moral compass, if the collective vision of us all results in us becoming our own judge and jury. Then this must be what we really want it. If there is no God to keep us in line, then we will inevitablely do it ourselves. This could be our ultimate destiny,in our endless endeavour to reach a point of perfection. So we could be perfect in every way beautiful, free of disease,intelligent and accomplished, all of which cannot be grasped without discipline. We will more and more become like the Borg! God help my kids! (but oh no!) there isn't a God!
